The problem usually does not show up until there is a fall, hospital visit, diagnosis, medication change or urgent decision.
Suddenly everyone is looking for information that should have been easy to find.
This assessment is simple: check what your family already has organized. Your score will show where you are strong and where the gaps are.

What To Do After You Get Your Score
Start With Emergency Information
If you do nothing else today, write down emergency contacts, medications, allergies, doctors and insurance information.
Then Locate The Originals
Your family does not need every original document in a binder. They do need to know where those originals are stored.
Use The Binder As The Roadmap
The binder should hold working copies and instructions. Originals should stay in a safe, secure location.
Review Once A Year
Medications, doctors, insurance plans, emergency contacts and passwords change. A yearly review keeps the information useful.
Want the Printable Family Protection Binder™?
The assessment shows your gaps. The binder helps you organize the information your family may need if something happens.
